This is one of the stranger rabbit holes I have gone down.

The crypto / web3 / nft space feels electric and alive in a way that hasn't really present since the late 90's when I was naive and the web was weird.

That is probably just rose-tinted nostalgia.

But the ethos of that statement stems from wonder, and a sense of infinite posibilities. And things are swinging back with the return of things like webrings and the rise of hyper-personalized digital gardens.

Web3 is fascinating and nebulous and confusing and intriguing and and and and I don’t even know where to begin. It is all fascinating.

I recently moved this site over to IPFS, pinned with Fleek. My normal .com domain is still around, but now iammatthias.eth will resolve correctly in a web3 enabled browser (check it out in Metamask). you can use iammatthias.eth.link to access it through the Cloudflare ipfs gateway.

To be honest, I don't know what to do with this. It really just sounded fun. But if you’re interested, the $matthias erc20 token now exists and can be traded on uniswap (why). It is worth nothing, signifies no proof of ownership or any stake, and was created for fun.

If you would like to know more, check out iammatthias.com/token

This v1 has a fixed supply, and was created using Coinstructor [referral link]. Considering learning some Solidity to make a mintable v2.
