Gin45ml / 1.5 oz
Campari22.5ml / 0.8 oz
Orgeat syrup15ml / 0.5 oz
Lime juice15ml / 0.5 ozFreshly squeezed
Pineapple juice45ml / 1.5 oz
GarnishPineapple leaf & cherry


  1. Add gin, Campari, orgeat syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and cherry.
