Bourbon2 oz
Pineapple Juice1 oz
Lemon Juice3/4 ozFreshly squeezed
Honey Syrup1/2 oz
Egg White1
Aromatic BittersAs desiredHouse of Angostura recommended
GarnishEdible flowers


  1. Add bourbon, pineapple juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white into a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  3. Double strain the mixture over ice into a glass to remove any ice shards or egg residue.
  4. Dash aromatic bitters over the top of the drink.
  5. Garnish with edible flowers.
