Fresh Lime Juice½ oz
Fresh Orange Juice½ oz
Fresh Pineapple Juice½ oz
Simple Syrup¼ oz
Grenadine1 barspoon
Aromatic Bitters1 dash


  1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin.
  2. Add ice to the tin.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe for a classic presentation, or over pebble ice in a highball glass for a more casual look.
  5. Garnish as desired, typically with a slice of pineapple or a cherry.
