Cold brew concentrate1 ozor espresso
Aged rum1 oz
White rum1 oz
Almond orgeat1/2 oz
Falernum1/2 oz
Bitters1 dash
Ice-for shaker and glass
Lime slice-for garnish


  1. Combine the cold brew concentrate (or espresso), aged rum, white rum, almond orgeat, falernum, and a dash of bitters in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard to foam the coffee.
  3. Strain the mixture over fresh ice in a glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lime.
