| 45 ml (1½ oz)Simple syrup | |||||
| 45 ml (1½ oz)Lemon juicefresh |
Method
- 10 smuddle Press the cucumber in the shaker just enough to release its juice — do not shred it.
- add the rest Add the whiskey, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup and lemon juice, then fill with ice.
- 12–15 sShake until well chilled.
- double-strain Strain into two chilled rocks glasses over fresh ice.
- garnish A cucumber slice or a lemon twist on each.
