Ingredients

Ingredient Amount / Weight Note
Roe & Co Irish Whiskey 2 oz
Elderflower Liqueur 0.5 oz
Simple Syrup 0.75 oz
Lemon Juice 0.75 oz Freshly squeezed
Cucumber Slices 2 slices

Steps

  1. Place the cucumber slices in a shaker and muddle them gently to release their juice.
  2. Add the Roe & Co Irish Whiskey, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is well chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a twist of lemon, if desired.
